Initial Talent Discovery

Do a broad search for resources using our database, network, job boards, and LinkedIn. Depending on the role, the search will identify 500 to 1,000 resources.

Resume and Profile

Deep dive. Start digging into resource resumes and LinkedIn profiles, narrowing down the talent pool to 100.

Refined Skill Filtering

Tighten up qualifications by adding in “nice to have” skills. This will bring the resource pool down to 20-30.

Comprehensive Candidate Screening

Phone screen the remaining 20-30 resources, vetting resources’ technical and functional skills. Additionally, screen for best personality match with client.

Shortlist Compilation

Identifying top-tier candidates for final consideration

Reference Validation

Thorough background and professional reference checks

Final Candidate Evaluation

Holistic assessment of technical capabilities,
soft skills, and cultural alignment. Reducing talent pool to 2-3 resources.

Client Presentation

Within 48-72 hours of receiving the requirements, we will submit the top 2-3 resources.
