Resource Selection Process

Screening / Vetting Resources:

 To find the best quality resources that match what our clients are looking for we take a multi-pronged approach below.

Stage 1

Do a broad search for resources using our database, network, job boards, and LinkedIn. Depending on the role, the search will identify 500 to 1,000 resources.

Stage 3

Tighten up qualifications by adding in “nice to have” skills.  This will bring the resource pool down to 20-30.  

Stage 5

Select the top 3-5 resources and request reference checks.  

Stage 7

Evaluate remaining resources based on reference checks, functional/technical skills, and personality match. Reducing talent pool to 2-3 resources.

Stage 2

Start digging into resource resumes and LinkedIn profiles, narrowing down the talent pool to 100.

Stage 4

Phone screen the remaining 20-30 resources, vetting resources’ technical and functional skills.  Additionally, screen for best personality match with client.

Stage 6

Complete reference checks.

Stage 8

Within 48-72 hours of receiving the requirements, we will submit the top 2-3 resources.

Background Checks & Drug Screens

We can provide our clients with a wide variety of background checks ranging from county, state, federal, social security trace, and drug tests (ranging from a 5, 7 or 10 panel). We also offer education checks and employment verifications.

Assessment

Depending on the role and the client we can conduct personality assessments, cognitive aptitude, and/or tests to measure functional and technical skills.
