Contract-To-Hire

Clients have the option to convert any Integrity IT resource into a permanent full-time employee. Conversion fees are waived if the resource is converted to a permanent employee after 1,040 billable hours.

Direct Hire

Facing challenges in finding qualified direct hire resources? Integrity IT can assist in sourcing permanent IT roles. Integrity IT provides a 90-day guarantee on all direct hire resources. Direct hire fees range from 20% to 25%.

Spot Consulting

Is your team overloaded?
Do you need a part-time consultant? No need to pay for a bucket of hours, only pay for the hours approved. Spot consultants typically work 5 to 20 hours per week.
